Photographer Rob Whitworth and urban identity expert JT Singh collaborated to seamlessly weave Shanghai's urban facets--from its infrastructure, to its skyscrapers, to its street arts, and even to the city's lower stratum areas.
I guess tourism departments should better explore artistic approaches to their promotional videos because films like this would surely entice every tourist to experience what every country or city has to offer.
